Kieran Trass heads up the Hybrid Group of companies specialising in market information for residential property investors.
Kieran Trass has worked in property for two decades and was a founding committee member of the Auckland Property Investors Association and remained a committee member for 7 years culminating in his appointment as a Lifetime member of that Association. He was also a past Secretary of the New Zealand Property Investors Federation.
Commencing his career in the finance industry in 1981 Kieran has worked for many financial institutions including Citibank N.A., Westpac (in New Zealand and Australia) Nathan Finance and UDC Finance.
Often sought by the media for comment Kieran is a full time property market analyst, an authoritative expert on the residential property market and New Zealands leading property cycle expert.
Kieran invests much time penning his thoughts in Hybrids Monthly Property Cycle Clock commentaries to keep investors abreast of what's really happening in the property market.
He has authored the books 'Grow Rich with the Property Cycle' (Penguin Books 2004) superseded by "The Housing Bubble" (Penguin Books 2008) as well as "An Insiders Guide to Real Estate Hot Spots" (Penguin Books 2006) to share his expertise on the critical topic of the Property Cycle.
