Answers to common login issues

I subscribe to your newsletter so why can’t I log in?

The subscribers log in is for paid subscribers only.
If you have not subscribed to any of our paid subscriptions (i.e. Property Hotspots Reports, Property Clock Commentary, etc) then you will not need to enter the subscribers area but you will receive regular emails from Hybrid with seminar details, press releases, etc.

My log in details are incorrect.

If you have forgotten your password, please exit the help page and click on “forgotten password” option in the subscribers log in area.
You also need to use the email address that you entered when you subscribed. If you have forgotten the email address that you used when you subscribed please email admin@hybridgroup.co.nz for advice.

How do I access my subscriptions?

Go to www.hybridgroup.co.nz
Go to the bottom left of the home page to the Members Log In section
Your log in is your email address
Your password is the text that was nominated by you when you first subscribed
Click on “submit”

This will take you to the “My Subscriptions” page
Everything you have subscribed to is listed
Click on the title of the subscription you wish to view
This will take you to a new page, detailing your subscription
A downloadable document (PDF) will feature either to the right of this page, or at the bottom of the text

We recommend you either save the PDF document to your “my documents” section in your computer, or print the document.

When I try to login I see "Subscriptions" instead of "My Subscriptions"

Check your cookies are enabled:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
1. Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab
3. Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium" under "Settings")
4. Click "OK" to save changes

Mozilla Firefox
1. Go to the "Tools" menu
2. Select "Options"
3. Click the "Privacy" icon on the top of the window
4. Click on the "Cookies" tab
5. Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set Cookies
6. Click "OK" to save changes
