We were exceedingly impressed with the professional advice and financial help given to us by Jacqui Ritchie, of Hybrid Mortgages.

We were emailed Jacqui Ritchie’s mobile number, by our sister, who highly recommended Hybrid Mortgage Specialists.

We were acquiring another holiday rental property in Hanmer Springs, through a private seller who required an immediate cash settlement. To add a little more drama to the situation we were competing with a number of other prospective buyers. It was imperative that we were able to obtain the money quickly with an accommodating interest rate that the holiday rental could service.

Within three days Jacqui not only had completed all the bookwork via the telephone but also had re mortgaged a number of our other rental properties. The interest rate was considerably less than what we were offered through any of the major trading banks and we were also given the added back up of a five-year term.

Jacqui, kept us constantly in the picture as to what was happening which was very reassuring. We could not fault Jacqui as a mortgage specialist and would highly recommend her to any prospective property investor. I only wish all money lenders were as helpful and professional as Jacqui Ritchie.

We are subscribers to the Hybrid Property clock and e mail update list. We had received on occasion very useful and insightful updates from Hybrid mortgage broker, Jacqui Ritchie on interest rate changes and suggested actions we should take.

From what I had seen Jacqui looked to be a very on to it and professional broker. We have a number of investment properties and have had a broker we have used for some time and have received very good service so had no major need to change. However we had just put an offer in on a new house for ourselves and based on Jacqui’s updates thought it would be worth giving her a go. Further to this she is a low doc specialist. This was important to us as although my wife works I have recently started contracting and my own business so our income stream is less provable than it was previously. Added to this we have significant borrowings on our current portfolio it looked like this could be quite a challenge. Just the sort of thing Jacqui had said she is excellent at …so we gave her a go!!!

Well I have to say her service, effort and results have been nothing short of amazing!!!!!!

She returned my calls immediately, discussed the “reality” of what we were looking for and explained the p[potential issues and how difficult it could be to get a normal bank to loan us the funds on one income with a large mortgage portfolio already. She also offered encouragement and some potential options right off the bat.

Jacqui then worked very hard and out together a proposal and in the end got us an amazing deal!

Based on one income and not being able to use my income at all Jacqui secured us a 90% mortgage of $420,000 over three years at 7.75% (0.2% below the best current advertised rate, no fees and a $1000 contribution to legal fees.

Given the potential difficulty we could have faced we were ecstatic!!!!!

Overriding this success was the fact that Jacqui gave some of the best service and support I have ever experienced , she was fast , efficient , communicated very well and delivered . I would recommend her services to anyone and believe it would be a real benefit to you to move your business to her.
